CHRISTMAS FAQs
Can we mix and match menus? I’m afraid not. All guests are to choose from the same menu.
How do we make a booking? Use our booking widget below or e-mail us at info@thelockinnhackney.co.uk
Do I need to pay a deposit? Bookings are secured with card details but you will not be charged when you make the booking.
What’s the cancellation policy? We have a 48 hour cancellation notice period after which a £10 per head charge will be applied.
Do we need a pre-order? If you’re going for a food menu then for groups of over 10 we would require a pre-order, at least 72 hours before the booking. Once you have confirmed your booking we will e-mail you across our pre-order forms for you to fill in.
Do you offer any drinks packages? Yes we do. Please find them on the Christmas page.
Do you do private hire or more bespoke nights? Yes absolutely. Email us at info@thelockinnhackney.co.uk and let us know what you’re after.
